Recreational Products Group is a company that envelopes Lake Effects Boat Rentals, Lake Effects Boat Club, Lake Effects Surf Shop and CS Boat Rentals. RPG also manages both Midway Marina and Stutts Marina.

We are looking for motivated individuals that have a team mentality and is not afraid of hard work and would be willing to work at any of the 3 locations if needed.  Our Summers are extremely busy and we depend on our committed team members to work hard to fulfill excellent Customer Service for all of our customers. We love to have fun too as a Team!
