We are currently seeking a Front Counter Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position has seasonal hours and full time position with a salary, offering 40+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays during the peak season months. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old and have flexible availability. We are looking for someone who is trainable, open-minded, adaptable to change, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is a team player. Required qualifications include customer service with a focus on patience, computer knowledge, general boat knowledge, problem-solving skills, retail experience, time management skills, communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team setting. Admin skills are preferred.
